My clients range from large enterprises and government agencies to high-growth startups, and what they share is a need for thinking that is honest, structured, and useful.

AI governance has become a significant focus — not because it is fashionable, but because the organizations I work with are moving fast on AI adoption and the governance structures are lagging behind. That gap is where I spend a lot of my time.
